Most work starts with the free Operations Audit, but it does not have to. A focused project can be scoped from a short conversation. Choose the level of help your business actually needs — nothing here commits you to the next thing.

Focused Project

$750 starting

One specific problem, solved and handed back. No audit required, and nothing has to follow it.

  • A form that feeds a tracker instead of an inbox.
  • A weekly report assembled from exports you already produce.
  • Two tools connected so the same thing is not entered twice.
  • An AI assistant or reusable prompt for a task that repeats.
  • An hour of training for you or your team on any of it.

Scoped and priced before work begins, usually from one short conversation. Larger focused work is quoted individually.

Your practical operating plan

Blueprint

$1,500 fixed

Know what to fix first and how to move forward. I turn the audit findings into an operating plan your team can use.

  • The priorities and the main problem to solve.
  • How workflows, information, and tools fit together.
  • Clear ownership and responsibilities.
  • The sequence for implementation.

Typically 1–2 weeks, with scope and delivery dates agreed upfront. Implement it with your team or have Harbor Logic build it.

Full Build credit: the $1,500 is credited toward a Build begun within 90 days. Implementation is a separate paid engagement; a Build or retainer is not required.

$9,000 standard after the first three qualifying builds.

We agree on scope before work begins. Multi-location and resort operations are quoted separately.

A fractional systems lead to keep the system useful as your business changes: a quarterly operating rhythm, review, and knowledge capture. Seasonal-flex billing may be agreed.

Optional after Build, separate from its included 30 days of support. Monthly scope and terms are agreed upfront.

Founding terms: qualifying founding builds include an agreed case study and named testimonial based on real business results. I confirm availability and permissions before signing. Founding clients retain their rate while their agreement remains in force.

Why an operator

I didn’t learn this

I spent 20 years in destination hospitality — Colorado ski country, then Northern Michigan resort towns and an island resort — running food and beverage operations with 350 seasonal staff. My title said operations. What I actually did was build the structure underneath: what got written down, what got trained, and how fast someone found the answer without coming to me.

Most consultants arrive with a framework and fit your business to it. I start with how the work already moves, because I have been the person the questions come to at 6pm on a Saturday.
