What happens to what you share.

Harbor Logic is a small operations consultancy in Northern Michigan. This page explains what information harborlogic.cc collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. The short version: I collect only what you choose to send me, plus basic site analytics, and I never sell it.

What you send me

When you use a form on this site, the details you enter are sent to me by email through Formspree, a form-handling service. That includes:

• Operations Audit requests: your name, email, business, and anything you write about your operation.
• Workshop updates: your name, email, and optionally your business.
• The Log newsletter: your email address.

I use this information to reply to you, arrange an audit, send the workshop details or newsletter you asked for, and keep a record of our conversation. I don’t add you to anything you didn’t sign up for.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives technical details such as your approximate location, device, browser, and the pages you view. It also records when a form is sent successfully, but never what you typed into it.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. Google’s own use of this data is described in its privacy policy.

Other services the site relies on

• Hosting: the site is served by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses and request times.
• Fonts: typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens.
• Links out: the shop links go to Etsy, and the social links go to Instagram and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

What I don’t do

I don’t sell or rent your information, and I don’t share it with anyone except the services above that make the site work. I don’t use advertising trackers.

Keeping and deleting it

I keep what you send for as long as it’s useful for our conversation or any work we do together. Email info@harborlogic.cc at any time to see what I hold about you, correct it, unsubscribe, or have it deleted.

Changes

If this changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
